uCreate Your Own 3D Selfie

Pre-requisites for enrolment

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners.

Participants must bring with them their own laptop.

Content of Course

This hands-on session leads to the creation of a personalised 3D “selfie.” The workshop is a great taster session, providing beginner friendly experience with:

1. 3D Scanning.

2. 3D Modelling.

3. 3D Printing.

Teaching method(s)

This is a hands-on, practical workshop. By the end of the session participants will have a digital 3D selfie, ready for 3D printing. Please note that models will be printed for collection at a later date. Participants will need to bring their own laptop.

Learning outcomes

On completion of this workshop, students will have increased their confidence in trying new digital skills.
