Experience Life Coaching tools, tips and techniques for yourself and learn how to create positive change in your life/work. Participants will be invited to apply the coaching processes – goal setting, vision creation, and taking action – to their own lives so they can experience the value of coaching for themselves.
No previous knowledge required. Personal development courses are for educational purposes. They are not professional training courses.

4. What does it mean to be happy?
5. Developing coaching and communication skills.
6. Paradigm shifts.
7. Exploring blocks and barriers.
8. Creating powerful intentions.
9. Sustaining positive change.
10. Endings and beginnings.
Lecture / tutorial based with class discussion.
By the end of the course participants will have:
Gained an overview of the origin, nature and purpose of coaching;
Learned how to self assess and identify specific goal areas;
Developed some powerful life skills such as ‘visioning’, communication skills, problem solving and planning skills;
Learned how to create a set of strategies to achieve one’s vision;
Gained a deeper level of self awareness.
